Car parked on the side of Dutch building

Apparently there's a mini parked on the side of a building in the Westenbergstraat, Den Haag, Netherlands. Someone who was browsing Google Earth noticed it and posted it, thinking it was a case of photo manipulation. My first thought would have been a female driver, but it turns out to be an art project.
