First Aid

This is in now way a substitute for learning proper first aid. But I think it's better to know something than to know nothing. Here are two articles from WikiBooks on First Aid.

    Abdominal Thrusts might be a good thing to master when you engage in does-it-fit-in-my-mouth contests.

    it's not really that much work, vmbo-ers are able to do it. It's all pretty logical stuff, not like learning a latin dictionary full of ailments.
