They had a clear view, why doesn't the gun have a clear view? It seems to hit the building in the front. I would think they have aligned the gun and gun camera.
I don't think they missed, they fired multiple salvos of 30mm ammunition which trace a line through the gun sights. A wall doesn't stop that. Just look at the destruction. Those people that run away could have been people hiding elsewhere.
