The majority of the buildings seems to be ok. This part is hit hard:
It is indeed hard to find much damage in the images. But I think it might be because a lot of houses collapse with an intact roof, so they would not show much on satellite pictures.
ReplyDeleteI think the signs would be much more obvious if you had high res pictures like in the Netherlands. They need to fly a remote sensing plane over there.
Just a little bit to the right of the image you posted you can see the ruins that remain of Port-au-Prince Cathedral.
