Check out this Body Modification Ezine wiki page on extreme body mods, if you dare and have a strong stomach.
Loads of good modification ideas, like Genital Bisection, which is the total splitting of the male genitals. Also don't forget to look at Anal Stretching which is what the guy in the goatse picture must have done.

AFAIK there always was a spell checker in the "make a new post window".
btw, have you seen the rainbow icon that now shows on the blog tab? :)
I'm sure extreme body modifications are quite awesome to the people that perform them, but I just can't help to miss the advantage of splitting the head of your penis.
Other than appearing to be quite (a) painful (procedure), how does this possibly make things easier?
It's not about making life easier, it's an IMHO sick idea of beauty that all probably started with an earring.
Not that I have noticed, I'm pretty sure this was the firts time I saw it.
To be honest when I made a new post, I used to run the text trough a spell checker...
