I don't think this is a very clear diagram. You can't see what the country bars next to the main numbers mean, I don't see why they couldn't have added those.
Interesting stats though. The figure of Ukraine comes as no surprise :)
They made very crappy graphs/report from the massive data they gathered (about 1000 persons per country). Almost a waste of money.
It has Rainbow colours though.
