I did some detective work and found (and embedded the clip) the guy's own YouTube channel. He's only acting.
This is an example of Poe's Law: "Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is impossible to create a parody of Fundamentalism that SOMEONE won't mistake for the real thing."
In one of his other vids he also talked about "dreaming of a threesome with God an Jesus". Pretty obvious...
