See what the Sun is doing

The Solar Dynamics Observatory (wiki) is the most advanced telescope to observe the Sun. It is transmitting 1.5 terabytes of science data every day. Here's a short clip on what it has been seeing.

On the official website you can see a lot of nice pictures it has made. You can also see really nice animations of the Sun in different wavelengths over time.
