It's easy to photoshop, but also quite easy to do in reality. Creative work anyway. I hope it's real.
It looks shopped. Why would they do it in English, in a Dutch city? Anyway, good message.
So that it would show up in the world media and on the interwebs? I would do it in English; lots of tourists and we all speak English. I agree that it is easy to shop though.
