They are old images I made some time ago. I don't think I ever posted them. Quite amazing to see your own blood like that. The image was more clear through the microscope; it was very hard to make images with a digicam through a microscope (low light, strange focus).
I guess that is because of the zoom on the camera and cropping of the image to acceptable view.
Acceptable microscopes with acceptable cameras are a bit expensive :) It would make a great toy though. The cheap shit will make worse pics than I can make now.

Wow, didn't think the blood would be that visible at this scale.
The 400X doesn't look 4X bigger than the 100X though.
Maybe you should get a USB microscope. Should be a cool toy :)
