The majority of the buildings seems to be ok. This part is hit hard:

It is indeed hard to find much damage in the images. But I think it might be because a lot of houses collapse with an intact roof, so they would not show much on satellite pictures.
I think the signs would be much more obvious if you had high res pictures like in the Netherlands. They need to fly a remote sensing plane over there.
Just a little bit to the right of the image you posted you can see the ruins that remain of Port-au-Prince Cathedral.
