Wow, imagine living close to one of those. You'd think the farmers might be able to sue for lack of sunlight on their crops :)
I can't find the exact position in Google Earth, but I'm almost sure there was a small city under the clouds at the other side of the road. I hope it was the right atmosphere to initiate/create those clouds and this normally doesn't happen on beautiful sunny days :)
