Panorama Software

Just an update on Panorama Stitching software.
For windows:
Microsoft Research Image Composite Editor (Free, beer-wise)

For GNU/Linux/Mac/BSD:
Hugin (Free, software-wise)

I only have experience with Hugin and it provides much more options. More projections, perspectives and a better exposure time correction. It also has an easy crop function, the option to manually set overlapping points and horizon correction. It can still do everything fully automatically though.

My main problem with Autostitch were random memory errors. It's still fine if you don't have those.

Found it!

Tomorrow I'll snap some panorama photos and use them to play with hugin.
