You really sold this talk short. I thought the whole thing was interesting, actually thought the analysis in the beginning was better.
The (xp) points he made at the end hit quite close to home. The predictions after that were quite interesting, though not convincing, especially since the beginning of his talk was about how unpredicted all the recent developments were :)
