Netherlands 'does most for poor'

The Netherlands is the rich nation which does the most to improve lives in developing countries, a Center for Global Development (CGD) report says.

It's nice to be one of the good guys.
I don't agree with the US's place, cause 70% of their 'aid' is weapon aid.

looking at this i think the netherlands can still do a lot more for the poor country's.
