Adobe Photoshop CS5 - Patchmatch
The project is a collaboration between Adobe, Princeton University, and the University of Washington. Presented at the technical papers session at SIGGRAPH ‘09 in New Orleans this August.

Very cool. I hope we will see all these research projects into real software in the near future. Thera are many cool image editing/processing/combining prototype software around. I want it all integrated in photoshop, next year.
