Lego + Arduino PanoBot

I made some test panoramas with my PanoBot made from Lego and an Arduino micro-controller today. It makes 70 megapixel images, but I should reprogram it for gigapix fun.

Nice pictures! I must admit, it's an excellent day for making panorama's

I'm currently using my Lego for some experiments involving my balls ;), that's why I haven't build my own panobot yet.

Yes, too bad I was too lazy to find a scenic spot. These are all within ~500m of my computer (eehm house) :)

You and your ballz.....

Nice work. Did you do the design and programming all by yourself, or did you also use internet tutorials or something?

pimp, what balls are you talking about? :)

I did everything myself, it's a true Annom :) No example, tutorial or kit.

The hard part was to know what servos and micro-controller to order since I have absolutely no experience with them. Turns out it is all rather easy and compatible, but I didn't know that yet.

The USB cable is only for power and could be replaced with 4 AA batteries.
